Mineral Cup 2025

Last year I decided to draw the minerals competing in the 2025 Mineral Cup, starting with sketches in a handmade notebook. As an amateur rock enjoyer, my goal was to force myself to pay attention and learn about the subjects, something I do much better through drawing.

I know I must have made some mistakes in some minerals. I aim to get good at this beyond relying solely on reference, but to truly understand what I'm seeing and drawing. Hopefully a bit better next year.
