Limestone steps filled with thermal waters and a geyser. These waters are as deep as you need on your adventure, from puddles you can walk on as difficult terrain to portals for aquatic realms. Who knows what strange properties can be found in each of these acidic pools? It could be as simple as rare minerals that are raw materials for potions, or as fonts for water elementals.
